Hello, crafty friends! Anirudh here and I'm super happy to share a project with you guys for Clever Dexter Challenge #19 - Hello summer! Stampers Delight is the sponsor for this month's challenge and I'm using their Chibi Marina Mermaid Digi stamp. It is adorable! Summers are all about oceans, beaches, and fun; and I made this card inspired by the mystical ocean... Let's see how I made it! To start with, I colored the images using Copics and then fussy cut them out. I used a blue watercolor pattern paper and die cut for the sea panel using MFT Wonky stitched rectangles, and for the vellum waves, I used the 'Stripes' from Sizzix Animal Prints embossing folder set, and die cut it out using Lawn Fawn stitched rectangles dies. I attached the mermaid and the little fish and even the (handwritten!) sentiment using foam squares over the vellum panel first so that the glue doesn't show through; then used glue to attach this panel to the background panel. Then I attached this over a white A2 card base and finished my card with some clear sequins. I hope you will join this Clever Dexter Challenge!
Spread kindness, spark your creativity and grab a couple of Stampers Delight digis (though not required to win), and make something awesome today! Thank you so much for stopping by, Keep crafting...

Hi crafty folks! Today, I have an amazing 3D card to share with you all... I used the Teddy Mountain Digi stamp created by Sabrina, which you can find on her Etsy shop. Let me show you how I put up this card together, To start with, I printed the colored Digi 4 times and then cut it as per 4 layers from back to front, keeping the backmost layer intact. Then, I took double-sided foam tape and put them at the back of all three cut pieces. Then I took a black card base and started to layer the pieces from back to front. I used glue tape for the background piece as the card was getting very bulkier! Finally, I adhered a sentiment and some black adhesive rhinestones to complete the card. I hope you like my 3D card and give this a try. See you again soon and until then, keep crafting! Products used are:-
1. "Teddy Mountain" Digi stamp 2. Martha Stewart spring-loaded scissors 3. Scotch double-sided adhesive foam tape 1/2" 4. Black card base 300GSM 5. Scotch double-sided adhesive tape 1/4" 6. MFT Happy Campers stamp set 7. Black adhesive rhinestones "Happiness is when what you think, what you usay and what you do are in harmony, a state of mind accompanied by peace..." Hello all you lovely readers, hoping your week is up to a good start. This month's second challenge theme for INSPIRATION STATION was related to the fishes and aquariums, looking at which I immediately remembered my fav color layering stamp - Koi from Hero Arts; And I came up with this idea, Starting up, I used a 4x5-1/4" white card front and used my stamp positioner tool to stamp two koi fishes from the stamp set, one in tan color base and other one in grey base, in Yin-Yang manner, leaving space in between for the sentiment. For the subsequent layers, I used orange and darker orange colors for the tan base; and darker grey and red colors for the grey base color koi. For the details, I used black in both of them. For the water, I just ink blended light blue and added ripples and bubbles with the same blue ink. Next, for the leaves and lotus blooms, I used shades of green, pinks and yellow. For the sentiment, I simply used the black ink. Next, I used a page border die and cut out one of its edges. Putting foam tape at the back of this card front, I attached it to a black card base. Using white paper twine, I tied a few loops at the bordered edge and finished it with a bow. Here is a close-up of my card... I hope this beautiful project inspires you to try out some color layering fun too! Also, don't forget to participate in this challenge. Do share your creations and until next time, Keep crafting! The products used are:-
1.HERO ARTS COLOR LAYERING KOI STAMP SET 2. SPELLBINDERS ON THE EDGE DIE 3. PRIMA COLOR PHILOSOPHY DYE INK PADS;
5. SCOTCH DOUBLE SIDED ADHESIVE FOAM TAPE 2" 6. WHITE PAPER TWINE 7. MUDRA ENVELOPE TANGERINE Hello my crafty folks! Clever Dexter Challenge #19 is on and the theme is Hello Summer... And what represents summer more than the oceans and beaches, and so, today I'm made a card inspired by the ocean and added a fun interactive element to it - wobbles! Le'me show you how I put this card together. Stamper's delight is the sponsor for this month's challenge and I've used the octopus from Chibi Mermaid Salty Kisses Digi stamp. To start with, I created the watercolor background using Broken China and Mermaid Lagoon Distress Inks and then stamped corals at the bottom, (using Broken China, Mermaid Laggon, Salty Ocean and Tumbled Glass Distress Inks) fishes (using Ripe Persimmon Distress Ink) and the bubbles (using Evergreen Bough Distress Ink) over the background using the Hero Arts Color Layering Octopus stamp set. I also scraped Mermaid Lagoon Ink on all the four edges of this panel to add interest! The main octopi image was colored with copics and then fussy cut out, and then I added it to an action wobble and then to the background panel. I also glued some clear bubbles for dimension. For the sentiment, I kept it short and sweet - hugs! and added it to the panel using foam tape, adhered it to a white A2 card base and my card was cmplete! Take a look at this card closely, I hope you will try making a fun, wobbly card like this...

Should you get lost, please start at The Inspiration Station Challenge Blog and work your way through the hop. For my project today, I’ve created a slimline card. Take a look at it... I started with a beautiful news-script pattern paper from DCWV Heirloom Christmas stack and trimmed it down to 3 1/4 x 8 1/4 inches and adhered it to a Mudra Candy Red slimline card base. For the focal point, I used the big poinsettia from Kaisercraft Home for Christmas Collectibles ephemera and adhered it using foam tape. For the greenery, I used the holly and the berries and a leaf. For the sentiment, I used two tags from the ephemera set and overlapped a bit for some interest, tied a jute twine and then stuck it down at the bottom corner; and my elegant card was complete in a blink! I hope you liked this super simple, quick and easy card; and now for the Blog Hop;
For this Hop, 6 prizes will be awarded to 6 randomly chosen commenters. To be eligible for a prize, you must answer this Question below: What is the color I chose for my card base?
