Hello Crafty Friends and Happy Saturday! Today, The Paper Funday Challenges and the Inspiration Station Challenges are hosting a Christmas in July Blog Hop and I'm honored to be a part of it! Please Hop along with us today for some fantastic holiday crafting inspiration and there are Prizes too, Yay! If you were directed here from Helen’s blog, you’re in the right place. Should you get lost, please start at The Inspiration Station Challenge Blog and work your way through the hop. For my project today, I’ve created a slimline card. Take a look at it... I started with a beautiful news-script pattern paper from DCWV Heirloom Christmas stack and trimmed it down to 3 1/4 x 8 1/4 inches and adhered it to a Mudra Candy Red slimline card base. For the focal point, I used the big poinsettia from Kaisercraft Home for Christmas Collectibles ephemera and adhered it using foam tape. For the greenery, I used the holly and the berries and a leaf. For the sentiment, I used two tags from the ephemera set and overlapped a bit for some interest, tied a jute twine and then stuck it down at the bottom corner; and my elegant card was complete in a blink! I hope you liked this super simple, quick and easy card; and now for the Blog Hop;
For this Hop, 6 prizes will be awarded to 6 randomly chosen commenters. To be eligible for a prize, you must answer this Question below: What is the color I chose for my card base? Your next stop on the hop is Kel. Should you get lost along the way, please go back to beginning of the hop at The Inspiration Station Challenge blog to find you way. Please hop along with us, have fun, keep crafting and Good Luck!

Your pretty card has all the things I love: poinsettia, texty BG, a slimline, kraft & red color combo (Mudra Candy Red to be exact).
